Bird bath, Stand, 6-inch power cord
Deck-mounting hardware
With the Allied Precision All Seasons Heated Bird Bath, the water is always just right. Easy setup lets you put it in your backyard in a flash, and before you know it, birds will enjoy the refreshing summertime bath. During the winter months, plug the cord into a convenient socket to keep the water from freezing. When the outside temperature falls below approximately 42 degrees Fahrenheit, the built-in automatic thermostat engages the heating element to warm the water to approximately 60 degrees.
This resilient polymer bath and sturdy metal stand can withstand all temperature extremes, making it a smart choice for any yard. The textured surface and contoured rim ensure a solid grip when birds land. The heated bird bath supplies ice-free water all winter long using 70 watts of thermostatically controlled power. Fully tested in sub-zero conditions, this bath will not crack in the winter cold, and the heating element is completely hidden beneath the bowl surface. During warmer seasons when the heating element is not needed, simply clip the power cord to the underneath side of the bath. A 6-inch power cord is included. Add your own extension cord for increased range. However, due to potential power loss, the manufacturer discourages connecting this product to extension cords longer than 15 feet in length. Made in the USA. Dimensions: 20 diam. x 30H inches.

After feeding the birds for many years, I decided these darling creatures should have water in my yard all winter long. So I found this item, and it has worked wonderfully for us and all our fine feathered friends. I have lots of feeders in my yard, so the birds come often to eat & drink. Wish I had bought this years ago. Great product!

I received this bird bath for Christmas from my kids (at my request based on the reviews). Within the first week the stand fell apart. Luckily, I'm a woodworker and built a sturdy cedar stand. The water hasn't frozen, even in single digit weather. I'm now waiting for the birds to use it.

Comments about Allied Precision All Seasons Heated Bird Bath:
My Mom was very happy to receive this-she wanted a new bird bath and last winter asked for a bird bath de-icer. So...she now has all-in-one:-) We will see if it works as promised when winter rolls around. :-)
