We searched for a while for a simple bird bath with clean lines that could be cleaned and maintained easily. After the first hundred or so we looked at in local stores we were ready to give up, so I decided to look online. Am I ever glad! We ordered this as soon as we saw it - it is exactly what we were looking for. It was shipped quickly and packed beautifully. Set up took 2 minutes, and the birds have been frolicking non-stop since it arrived. Wonderful birdbath, [...]

We have this product in a front bed. The main drawback is that it comes in three sections and the sections -- as is are not connected. I'm going to add some connections or crimping to these pieces as without them it is not stable for the location. It may fare better on a flat, stone surface. It looks good, but needs additional stablity to really serve its purpose.

Comments about Gold Crest Copper Bird Bath:
I ordered this because it looks so shiny. It's easy to put together. But after only two weeks in my backyard, the bath part is totally scratched and looks awful--I don't know if a twig got in the water or it's from the birds' feet. Also, if you want to pick it up and move it, you have to pick up the bath part and pedestal in one hand and the base in another. They're not fitted to be one sturdy piece.

[...] was very easy to assemble. The finish had a couple very small imperfections, where the copper had oxidized, but it didn't detract from it's beauty. It was a bit tipsy but some mulch around the bottom holds it in place fine. At first the birds were standoffish but lately I've seen Robins, Finches and even a Blue Jay drinking from it. I added a flat lake rock to the middle so it's a bit more shallow and the Robins stand on that to bathe in it. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase [...]
